Long story short, my car has had a voltage problem forever.

I've got a AFC Neo to measure it. (Not sure if that's even right)

Sometimes when I leave my car for a day or so I'll go to crank it and I notice that the voltage is at like 11.0 and the fuel pump will barely prime. Whenever I go to crank it, sometimes absolutely nothing will happen, no click, no nothing at all. Sometimes it'll do that, and then it'll finally catch and crank. Whenever the car is off and I go to crank it, the voltage has never been higher than 11.5v

Whenever I drive, my voltage is around the low 11's and whenever I'm idling it's at the low 11's as well. I know my battery should be around 14v so I was wondering if I just had a bad battery.

Replaced the battery and the SAME shit is going on, is it probably the alternator? Do I need something with a higher amperage?

What the fuckkkkkkkkkk. So gay, HALPPP!!

Went to go crank it after I got out of my friends house, keyed it to on to prime the pump and it primed like 10 times and kept restarting.

Went to start it and it made this weird ass groaning noise from the fuel pump.

It eventually started but that's the first time that's ever happened.

WTFBBQ?

sounds like a starter cyl relay u should check to see if u have corroshion under the relay where it plugs to
u should put a test light on ur + batt cable then start puling fuses till the light goes off, then find out what on that fuse and u know where to look

-disconnect your negative terminal and use both leads from a voltmeter to connect the ground to negative on your battery.
-if you can watch the voltage drop, pull fuses until it stops.
-trace circuitry
-profit!

Alright, thanks guys.

I just got back from the OBX, I'm about to hop on this car problem though.
