KA24DE Limp Mode - only after warm up

I am a bit puzzled and hoping maybe you guys can help. It will go into limp mode only after warm up and sometimes wont at all. Most of the time it wont rev past about 3500-4000. I tried changing MAF, it did seem to make a difference for a while but went back to this again. I also noticed when I take the MAF off and clean it real good it seems to run good longer but by the end of the day coming home it starts acting up again. Any suggestions?
