KADE swap now no spark

Car is a '90, engine is a '97. I used all S13 DE parts, intake mani, harness, ecu, coil, etc. and now I'm not getting spark. For the under dash harness I used the KAE connector and matched the wires on the harness to it and had some left over, and also did that for the 2 efi-body harness connectors by the fuse block. Is that wiring right? I had left over wires on both connectors too.

So we changed the coil and ECU, still no spark. Getting power to the coil but still minimal if not any power to the 4 pin to the distributor. Next step is replace the harness which I'm not looking forward to. Any ideas what it could be?
