i have a 95 240sx with a s14 sr with a NA ecu, i thought my MAF was bad but changed it out and still runs bad/wont go over 3k rpms~ when i unplug it it runs and idles perfectly, any ideas, im completely lost and super frustrated. lol.

if your using a kouki ecu make sure the Maf is also for a kouki. i had a similar problem but i was using a s13sr maf when i should of been using a s14 sr maf. after I switched it the car ran fine. do you get any error codes on the ecu?

when i got my harness back from wiring specialties they said to use a 94-96 MAF but i used a 96 then tried a 95 didnt know there was a 94? lol
would i get a cel for codes? and how would i check on the ecu >.>

mine does the same runs rich as shit and idles bad but runs still....dont know wat to do

Wait... is the motor na, or turbo? Na uses a distributor doesn't it?

its a NA ecu. i think i found my problem. im using a stock KA MAF i need a stock SR20 MAF

lol yea...that'd be it.
like someone already mentioned, make sure you get the right MAF. On my NA ecu I'm running 22680-69F01. If you try to run the F00, you'll run super super rich.

look at the part numbers... and check if its metal or plastic.
