RB CAS won't come out...

Removed the three bolts holding the CAS in place on my 25, went to pull it out and no dice. Tried rotating it, no dice.

Any tips or tricks to getting it out?

I would give it some "incentive" but this is my only running car at the moment and I just really want to give my timing belt a good look over as I've done 10k km's on the engine and started to worry.

Just tap it with a hammer lightly. It should then be able to rotate. Once you can rotate it, pull it out.
