Keep rb25 or go 26

OK i currently have a rb25 installed and running great in my S14 but i just sold my GSXR for 6k(my budget) and now im wanting to go big power. So should i buy forged internals for the 25 or go rb26 also if you already have a rb25 how hard is it to take it out and go 26? Meaning will my mounts still work do i have to get a new KA harness to gut into the 26harness . Please any info would be great.

Keep the 25. How much power are you wanting? You can make just as much power with 25 as a 26 for alot cheaper.

yea man keep tha 25 and put the 6k in there..cams, pistons, turbo, etc..

With 6K I'd stay with the 25 and see how close you can get. I think even if you come up short you'll still be happy.

keep the 25..or find a RB30 bottom end.

Simple; 740cc injectors, twin walbros, probly a triple plate, Power FC, Holset HX40(19cm exhaust housing, 7 blade compressor wheel), rods/pistons. Would be a fun car. No need to go 26. Should fit well within your $6K budget and have money left over.

You forgot the part where he should upgrade his whole rear end to a GTR/Z32 TT rear end so he wont start snapping axles like somebody we know out here...:bowrofl:
