Someone in Japan put a 13b in an s13 I think.

It results a a lot of maintenance.

They were called gutless wonders in RX7s which weighed less than your s14.. what do you think it's going to do... defeat the laws of physics and work better in a heavier car.. your not puerto rican are you?

Not ever having to worry about getting rod knocks EVER is intriguing...but I dont wanna have to rebuild every 80-100k miles.

yeah the ones in the rx7 may be gutless but i have a buddy with a carburated older rotary pushing over 300hp, now that in a s14 sounds like a good time.

If it's not turbo charged I imagine it idles at like 1200RPM.. sounds like ass.. and either runs a peripheral port or a split port. either one isn't healthy to side seals or corner seals.

Just remember the more "cam" you carve into them. The less supported the seals are and the more frequent "rebuilds" are going to be.

The problem with rotarys is that if you build them from new parts, they cost 5k+. But anything less you're really just using "ok" used parts and slapping them together. Rotor housings especially. It's getting hard to find nice 13b rotor housings any more. What was crappy 10 years ago is now called nice. Scratches and dents around the exhaust port from decades of spent seals.

Enjoy the wonderful world of rotary.

lol:coolugh:

Anyway I'm pretty sure as others have said rotories have been swapped into S chassis. Is it cool? No. Is it original? No. Will it cost you alot of money? Yes. You decide
