Throw it in the garbage. Didn't I say the same thing in your original post or was that on a different forum?

If this is the Ebay Super T70 that costs about $200 bucks then yes, trash it. My ignorant friend bought one of those one time and it came w/ what looked like a .90-.1.0x ex. housing, ha ha. The turbo is the heart and soul of our cars, spend the right amount of money and get a respectable turbo suited for you power goals.

I got the header, turbo and waste gate super cheap and now I know why:duh:. I'm new to the turbo game, what turbo is good for that motor? I should just drop the american heart beat into it but dont have the time.
I'll probably sell the car

Just do some searching bro, that kinda stuff has been covered again and again. I wouldn't really recommend a HX35 for your power goals, that is a turbo that wants to be a 20+ psi to be really effecient. Look into some such as a T3/T4 or a used GT2871R or GT30 and find something in your price range that will give you the power/powerband you want.

That's decent spool on the 60 trim. I chose the 50 trim because from what i've read/researched it's wheel is the most efficient for our motors. And mine makes full boost right around the same rpm. I do have 264 cams, ISIS intake, and a peakboost manifold, all of which increase lag. But that 60 trim will out flow my 50 up in the boost range. What kinda power are you making on that 60 trim and at what boost (assuming you've had it on a dyno)
