Need help!!!!

Hey wuts up zilvia i need ur help. i have a s14 ka that overheats. the temp is fine durning idle but once i start to drive it overheats. I changed the water pump the other day but that didnt seem to help. So today i wanted to change the thermostat and to my surprise thiers nothing there. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks
