RB Lifters stuck ?

so my lifters have been sitting in a ziplock bag for a while because i've been building my motor. yesterday i was putting my head back together , i take my lifters out of the bag so i can let them sit in a bath of oil , and i press them together, some of the lifters move freely and some of them are stuck solid ... what does this mean ? and is there a fix for this ?

Or buy new ones, they are the same as Z32.
They should all be stiff.

The lifters will automatically pump back up once you get some oil pressure to them. It might take 30 seconds or so, but it is a PITA to take them all apart, fill them with oil and reassemble.
