Pfc o2?

I have a S13 coupe with a s13 balck top with a power fc and when its cold it dose not want to start i take a couple of trys. But my main problem is that when at idle it runs rough and when i look at sensor check on my power fc it shows the o2 sensors not sending any signal. So i was wondering if the power fc diables the o2 sensor or could i have a bad sensor thanks in advanced.

Could be disabled, there's an option under ETC that ask you if you want the o2 input on/off.

where would i find that option cause i dont seem to see it in the comander

i found the o2 sensor but it has a weird japan symbol next to it
