so my sr is idleing shitty again. car runs fine and pulls hard but idles bad and tends to hesitate at low rpm's. also revs "hang" between shifts.
bc cams, nismo fpr, walbro 255, enthalpy tune, 850cc's, z32 maf

i checked tps was off a bit but now have it set at .5v idle and it goes to 4.12v WOT. checked MAF get 12v from power wire and nothing from white signal wire(should be 5v) so maybe my MAF is bad? when i unplug it with car running car just dies wont run at all so it effects idle. i dont have a timing light but will look into checking that too.

also im thinking im running real rich by the unburnt fuel smell i notice while working??

sprayed some tb cleaner in my IACV( i need to spray in circled tube right?)http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m249/kitefl/IACVHOSE.jpg

also with fuel pump on, engine off i hear what sounds like a vac/boost leak coming from FPR but its just fuel in the line, i can actually feel it flowing, is that normal?

any help to get this thing running right would be great srry for all the questions.

i checked tps was off a bit but now have it set at .5v idle0.5V is too high.. you shouldn't be more than .45V. once the TPS reads below that, it switches to the idle map.

also im thinking im running real rich by the unburnt fuel smell i notice while working??symptoms from above, the car never stops sending fuel b/c it thinks you have the throttle cracked

if you're concerned about the IACV, remove it and clean it, don't be lazy

This makes no sense at all...? You have the ignition on and pressurizing the charge system with an outside air source? (more info in what you're doing) Fuel should not be moving if the car is off, it should pressurize the rail and then shut off the pump; the FPR is closed.... with no vacuum. the Nismo FPR have a tendency to leak from the "hat". I would recommend trying to seal it, if you suspect its leaking.

Check yo timing fool!

I turn on ign(NOT start car)
i hear fuel pump in car whining
right at FPR i hear the noise of the fuel "leaking" but its not actually leaking anywhere visible.
it almost seems as if fuel is going into the engine somehow, but you say pump should shut off after primed? i have it wired through a relay and its always on if ign is to ON.

this "hat" could be a possibility. how do i seal it? pls explain.

changed tps to .45v at idle no improvement.

now between shifts my rpm dont drop, like not at all it just hangs there, and im idleing high. i got it down from 1800 to 1100 w/ iacv but still cant get a nice smooth idle....

Have you checked for vacuum leaks?

i do have a vac/boost leak. must be brand new since i pressure tested recently. anyways u use a comprressor/pvc cap and stuff to test it out. i get some leakagew around turbo area but i have a major leak in the intake mani area. the problem is i cant trace it, i tried soapy water and just cant find the leak? any ideas i can smell fuel when i do it too so mabye injector seals? i tried to tighten tb and mani but they were good....
