does anyone know if this is oil or water?? or NOTHING?

i want to know what this port has inside.. the block is not nexto me now so i can't open it

if anyone knows that would be much appreciated
im hoping its oil :( so i can put my oil line off that :D coz im doing a DE + T conversion on my daily 180 :D

any help would be much appreciated
