It's funny how when your a kid you think that dudes being gymnasts are a bunch of homos because you associate gymnasts with girls doing stuff in skin tight super hot leotards...

It wasn't until I was like...in college...that I suddenly realized that most dudes who I know who are gymnasts
1) Get tons of (female) ass
2) Always do something cool at parties
3) Are super in shape

All in all though, they say if you had to buy one piece of work out equipment it should be a pull up bar...so much strength is based around pull up/chin up training.

A guy who can do a one handed pull-up.

I rather work out at the playground and be able to do what they do then work out at the gym and be like 99% of the guys at the gym (weaklings compared to these guys).

As for the third vid, grabbing the fence and straightening the body is crazy. I wish I can do that (got to have the abs). Also his pull-up with his hands behind his back was simply crazy.

Damien was awesome the guys at the park are retarded... Damien has enough pride not to yell at the camera after he does what he does, the guys at the play ground talk to much for what they're doing.... That's like some parkour tricking type thing in the first vid. I remember when I first saw it a few years ago fricken intense. If you search around under parkour, tricking, freerunning/freeclimbing you will find tons of sweet stuff.

well i dont think im in shape but i would definitley want one of those dudes as my celly, as long as you guys are cool (and he doesnt like your ass) then you couldnt ask for better protection inside. all three of those videos are definitley people that you want on your side.

oh and sticking out sideways isnt really that hard (my dad could do it at 40) doing it straight armed however is fucking nuts!! and i watched all those videos on mute cause im at my dads so maybe it was a little bit more impressive without hearing them flap jaw.

parcour has been around for daaaays, i remember when some dudes on MTV waaay back in the day tried to say they invented freestyle walking which turned into freerunning but that was nothing compared to what that damien guy does.
