S14 sr20 wont run right!!!

I need serious help, i just did an SR20det swap into my S14, it had an SAFC but i accidently reset it so it was stalling and running super rich...i unplugged it and connected the input and output wires together to try and go back to stock. now it doesnt wanna run right, it skips, misfires and stalls, when im driving it whenever i give it throttle it starts to cut out, bucks, hesittates...i checked the timing several times tried adjusting everythings...

need more info....car had SAFC...why? bigger injectors different MAF?

ur trying to go back to stock....do u have stock MAF and injectors??

nope, he did it cuz it had an exhaust, intake, front mount, walbro 255...i accidently hit initialize and it died on me. i put it back in tonight and re adjusted my tps correctly, i tapped on the iac valve with a hammer lightly incase it was skipping, the iac valve was huming though...its running rich i can smell it...and when i go into boost if im at low boost it feels like the turbo is spooling an aweful lot to make only a few pounds...but bov goes off super loud...i set up the afc in the car and it ran better, but i just grabbed the CAS and turned it without a light on it till it ran smooth...o and i also have an S13 crank pulley on it...

o and my car is stock injectors and maf, 7psi...

Is it set to hot wire? whats your in and out settings ? whats the fuel settings high and low
the car should run fine with out the safc, just a bit rich from the walboro
