sr iacv?

ive been going to events with bad idle and i decided to clean my iacv. of course i check basic stuff like boost leak, vacume leak, timing, maf, etc... so i clean my iacv with carb cleaner while reving the car.. i didnt notice any diffrence so i stop. next morning my car had a hard time starting. once i got it to start with the pedal to the floor, it idles at below 400 and it will die. sometimes i can keep the car on if i adjust the iacv. i can hear alot of surge?? or flutter from the turbo constantly at idle. if i try to rev the car you can hear it louder and the car would back backfire. i dont know how high i reved it but it revs really slowly like theres loss of power.

theres a tread about this i read but no answer on how they fixed it. just answer on how they cleaned it. can anyone here give me any ideas or know whats wrong with my car.

update
ok i turn the car on today and same thing.
so i tried cleaning the iacv again and the idle got a lil better.
but the power loss was still there.
then i notice my exhaust manifold was turning cherry red.
i used the search button but couldnt find any information.
so my question now is what does it mean if your exhaust manifold is glowing red?

your running lean (not enough fuel)

Clean/replace air filter
Cleck for Vac/boost leaks

and clean MAF

also check ECU for codes

check grounds too..iono how your situtaion really is, but my SR idles @ 1300 warm, then when i floor the car, it would be fine until it hits 4000 RPM then it would choke and struggles to climb to redline as if the fuel was getting cutoff...

then i just added on a few grounds and shaved the paint where i connected the ground, im in a way better situation

update...

still the same.
got spark and fuel.
no leaks.
possible my wiring harness is no good?
or need a adjustable fpr beacuse is running to lean?
every time i give it gas it dies.
