I totally agree James, FA has a newbie thread, I think we should too. The newbie thing is getting out of hand. Not that it's their fault, but the flame wars that ensue make the zilvia enviornment much less than friendly at times :/

Do you really think it would work? I think they would glance over the section and start to make the same threads they have been making in the past. I think it's just another thing to live it and let it phase itself out.

agreed, but i dotn think ti will ever phase itself out.

this newbie stuff is kinda like people posting commercial post and not reading guide line rules.

like in FA classified. somebody juss posted about selling a prelude..lemme guess. he didnt read the rules. people not reading rules and just posting..will go hand and hand with newbies posting not searching etc etc.

easy fix is to NOT OPEN THEM. they are easy to tell when they are newbie questions, and not worth your time.

There is no need for an additional section.
