so the story goes like this my 4th and 3rd cyl was did so i changed the rail and injectors on all 4 went back to normal now when i tap the gas it bogs and hesitates to rev up like it goes like complete power lost to bog bog than gains it back ... before changing my injectors i took out my guides and redid my timing and replaced the fuel filter

what can be the problem ???

Need more info, what engine, what else have you done, spark plugs, etc?

oops sorry engine is a ka24de

changed
fuel filter,hoses
removed guides
new rail and injectors
got the timing done at tdc
changed wires to ngk when i bought the car about 2 months ago
changed plugs like a month ago

engine compression is 152 on all 4 cyl

I am having the same problems, try unplugging your maf, to see how it runs.

uh... wasnt this in the other tech forum... why a double post, i will say what i said before, check your cap and rotor, my car idled like shit and ran like shit, i cleaned the cap and rotor and now it runs better then ever...

i just had that same problem....while the cars running unplug each injecter 1 at a time to see if any of them dont make the motor bog down

just fixed that problem new injectors and rail still bogs im leaning towards an exhaust or vacuum leak maybe the maf to

sounds like tps sensor, cuz it bogs and hesitates when you hit the gas pedal. like its a slow ass response???

BUMP havet got it fixed !!!!

actually my homie came and checked it out he got it running normal cause he redid the distributor timing and he said it has a big ass vac leak

found the vac leak it was in the 4th injector seal it was all fucked up but i replaced it still lots of air coming out of that area and car still bogs like HELL when i press the gas rpms would drop and almost die and rise back up when i take my foot off

how do i fix this problem ???!?!?!? not having a car for 2 months sucks ass !!!!

maf is still good tested on my homies 240sx

02 sensor .... ... if its sensing less air cold spray less fuel ... or other wise if it senses high air could dump more fuel causing your shit to bog mine was fuked replaced it and runs good ....02 sensor help the pcm cordinate a 14.7-1 or air fuel ratio .. do the test on it ... could help =\

I am soo going through the same shit.. I hate it dearly. Get stranded some times. Iv fixed all visable leaks.. I'm deffinatley assuming its the ignition and time.. its my next step

bump will not having a screw on the fuel rail cause a vac leak on the 4th injector ????

screw that is not on is the one that is a bitch to take out near the fpr
