Alright so a couple weeks ago i was driving my car and i was going pretty hard on it. I was at a set of lights and i go pretty hard off the line at the green light and ever since that my car hasnt been the same. I first noticed that my wastegate chatter was alot different, it sounded a lot weaker in sound. The turbo would hold boost but there isnt any power. I took my manifold out and took my turbo off and it was soaked in oil and my intercooler piping was soaked in oil as well as my intake elbow. So im sure i blew the oil seal's on my turbo. I went out and bought another used t25 turbo and threw it on and its still doing the same thing as the last turbo. Like when im driving my boost gauge is reading stock boost 7 lbs and its holding it but there still isnt power...? Also when i was driving, when the turbo is spooling up i will hold my rpm's at a certain rpm when its spooling up and keep it at that speed and my car boggs a bit and it kinda back fires i guess. So either the turbo that i bough is done or its something else but i cant figure out what's happening? So long story short my car is holding boost but there isnt power when i get full boost. Also wastegate chatter isnt alot different then when the turbo was fine. I also put on a hks adjustable acuator. Could that be causing the problem?

I drive a 92 240sx with a blacktop sr20.

Thanks

You need to check your base timing sounds like you are like 10-20 degrees retarded.

Search for how to properly set the CAS timing BDTC 15 for ignition...then we can go about diagnosing the turbo from there
