Those are the shims, IIRC you'll have to measure and order the right ones.

You can buy the Custom Steel unit or you can make one (google or FA) to measure the size.

The "rocker arm guides" are the shim with the groove. They come in only one size.
The shims are the flat one. They are used to adjust your rocker arm to be at the same height at each valve, so your rocker arm and cam lobe doesn't wear in angle. If you don't have the right shim, you might hear some noise coming from your engine head.
I ordered mine there MyNismo.com - NISSAN SR20 Valve shims/shim guides (http://www.mynismo.com/products/?id=5834)
See ya,

No, they're all different at each valve!
Like I said, the grooved ones come in only one size, and the flat ones are used to get the rocker arm perfectly straight.
So you'll need 8 grooved and 8 flat shim, and the flat will all be different size. you need to measure them to know which size you need.
