s14ooooo

Starting off, I have my 89 s13 Coupe.
It Began as an AUTO KA-e.
IT THEN WAS a s13 Red Top SR. 5 speed swap.
I now need to swap in a DOHC from my friends S14 95 Zenki.
SO... once again for good measure. I am currently in process of swapping a 95 S14 KA24DE into a 89 S13 SOHC Shell.
My friend is including/providing, the Motor Set (transmission intake exhaust mani, etc.), Engine Harness, ECU, and I already have a SR Gauge Cluster.
Sorry for the underlining, some people get confused.
My question is, do i just splice and match up accordingly? Or do i need more things? Such as, I have read up on s13 DOHC to s13 SOHC and they mostly talk about needing/using S13 DOHC wiring harness' and using upper intake manifolds and things like that. I just want to swap the motor in, simple and easy. I did my SR no problems. I even in the past have done a S13 black top into my late S14 zenki. So im just wondering what are the steps exactly? Is it different from S13 DOHC to S13 SOHC? Is it the same?
Any help would be great. Thanks for your time.
