SR20 red top weird problem

sounds like the nut on the crank pulley needs to be torqued down properly. if the pulley nut is coming loose the the pulley itself is probably not sitting on the seal correctly which is causing oil to come out.

as far as your other problem, have you checked the O2 sensor? when an O2 sensor in one fo my cars took a shit it acted quite similar to what yours is doing.
