Well to start out I have a s14 sr20 stock internals stock turbo stock injectors blah blah. I have been feeling a little iffy about it and decided to check the compression. I was reading and searching the forums and saw 156psi is the stock cyl compression can this be verified, also there shouldnt be over 14psi spread correct? Heres my numbers!
COLD:

2. 137
3. 135
4. 132
HOT
1. 139
2. 138
3. 136
4. 134

you are holding the throttle WOT right? dump a capful of oil into the cyls and re-check. if the numbers go up, your rings are gone, if not, looks like you could use a head gasket or a valve job

I think the numbers are too far off in each cylinder for it to he a HG... Looks like you need rings to me, especially since the numbers dropped after warm up...
