fuel pressure problems

Ok so i just got my s14 sr20det put into my s13 chassis and had a few problems.

I fixed a boost leak the other day but i foud out that now my fuel pressure keeps dropping. OK so first thought was injectors and fuel pump but those are basically brand new. Second thought was an ECU problem but that is also basically new.

Anyone got any other possible problems it could be?

1. how are u measureing fuel pressure? (where is gauge located?)
2. where is ur signal to FPR? (vacume source, is it t'd off to something else?)
3. what FPR are u using?
