Make sure your door switch is working, (power and ground).

There is a fuse that causes this problem when it blows. It's been a while since I had a hatch, so I can't remember which fuse it is, but I blew that fuse more than once. Get out a test light and just check all the fuses, unless somebody on here can chime in with which fuse it is.

Ummm maybe just pull the fuses out and see if they're bad and if they r change 'em. If none are blown then a door switch might be culprit.

ok so here are some pictures of what i see so far this is the only plug that is unplugged not to sure were it goes but its routed toward the fuse box so i don't know looked and looked and couldnt see any unplugged connectors.
http://i74.photobucket.com/albums/i254/Civic1993honda/IMG_0130.jpg ok also while down there I found out why my clutch pedal was messed up there is a hole in 1 side and I think it may have been spot welded from factory would it be ok to drill a hole in the side that is solid and put a nut and bolt there ot hold it back together? The first picture shows what happens when i push the clutch in and the second is when i pull it out manually http://i74.photobucket.com/albums/i254/Civic1993honda/IMG_0131.jpghttp://i74.photobucket.com/albums/i254/Civic1993honda/IMG_0132.jpg

I really hate you now. Nothing is unplugged. That's the CONSULT port.

Buy a new clutch pedal bracket. $30 at the dealer.

Well since you seem to know so much why don't you tell me what you would do to stop all the funtions that happen when you open the door. Seat belts, the bell, and the dome lights.

Oyea I love HATERS thanks.

OK. Grab a FSM and go to electrical. Find the circuit that regulates power to the dome light and the switch that comes on when the doors open. Follow the diagram back to the fuse. Replace Fuse. Done.
