apexi avc-r ebc rattle noise

just got my avc-r installed, the solenoid is in-dash installed, is it normal for it to rattle in low rpms? have friends with the rattle noise too..

When you can hear the noids rattle that usually means there is some oil in it, but with yours in dash mounted you will probably be able to hear it either way. However with you saying you hear the rattle at low rpms, well that is odd. Are you creating boost at the rpm your hearing the rattle? Do you have the boost controller setup to slow down your spool? You should not hear the noid open or close untill your making enough boost for the noid to open or close unless you have the gain adjusted.

problem solved, it really does rattle around 3-4k rpm.. thanks :) proved it with inquiring to new avcr owners in our group.

Just noticed the same thing on mine today, but the strange thing is that it seems to go away when the engine warmed up.
