DO YOU MEAN THE HELICAL VS VISCOUS FOR LSD?

or do you mean open vs vlsd?

if its stock and not a s15 diff, it can only be open or vlsd. the tranny will prolly break before the diff, no?

thats what i'm trying to find out lol went on the nissan site said that the s14 zenki's come stock mostly with a 2 pinion diff and the viscous is for the se's or some thing like that here is the link 380 Rear Final Drive :: Power Train :: Genuine Nissan Parts :: 240SX Parts (S14) 1995-1998 :: CourtesyParts.com (http://www.courtesyparts.com/240sx-parts-s14-1995-1998/genuine-nissan-parts/power-train/380-rear-final-drive/-c-3690_3691_3756_3777.html)
the diagram looks the same to me but i wasn't sure which one is better to have

well this is how my car works but the diff don't say viscous on it if i have in the air it turns one wheel but if i have my car on the ground to heat up the tires both spin so do i have viscous on it or the 2 pinion and thanks smelly240 for the answer
