2pinion R200 Vs viscous R200 diff
hey guys i know on the s14's that they all have R200's but want to know the difference between the 2 Pinion R200 diff and the Viscous limited slip for ex. like one can handle more power or one has a longer life better traction ect. thanks a head of time to you zilvians who know there shit p.s. i did search but couldn't find a difinitive answer on this thing so i'm hoping you guys can help me out

DO YOU MEAN THE HELICAL VS VISCOUS FOR LSD?
or do you mean open vs vlsd? if its stock and not a s15 diff, it can only be open or vlsd. the tranny will prolly break before the diff, no?

thats what i'm trying to find out lol went on the nissan site said that the s14 zenki's come stock mostly with a 2 pinion diff and the viscous is for the se's or some thing like that here is the link 380 Rear Final Drive :: Power Train :: Genuine Nissan Parts :: 240SX Parts (S14) 1995-1998 :: CourtesyParts.com

well this is how my car works but the diff don't say viscous on it if i have in the air it turns one wheel but if i have my car on the ground to heat up the tires both spin so do i have viscous on it or the 2 pinion and thanks smelly240 for the answer
