thats a pretty beefy setup you got there.
ive never really seen any "services" that overclock your pc for you. your best bet would be to start reading up on computer forums such as overclock.net and start off slow.
always remember to use stability tests and never make huge increases in voltages and bus speeds at one time. monitoring temperature is also a must, you must keep you temps within spec so everything will be running safely.
programs you should use:
stability tests: prime 95
temperature monitoring: HW monitor, core temp
general information about your pc: cpuz
its nice to see another zilvian who is interested in overclocking.
my specs:
cpu: amd athlon 64 x2 5000+ black edition 2.6Ghz @ 3.2Ghz
mobo: asus m3a32-mvp deluxe motherboard
gpu: visiontek ati 3870 OC 512mb
psu: antec ea650
ram: 2gb crucial ballistix @ 800Mhz
hd: WD 320aaks
os: xp pro/ windows 7

A+ won't help you much with anything past xp or any type of overclocking on brand new hardware. I would recommend checking out overclockers.com and tomshardware.com and any other hacking/modding/pc performance site to learn how to do it. I have yet to overclock a new proc but I remember the days of overclocking thunderbirds using a pencil.

If you wanna bring your rig down to SD and fix my S13 I could probably get that thing running significantly faster.
