alright heres the situation. cold start idle safc reads around 1300rpm and 0% throttle. after warming up it will idle at a stop at around 1000 or 900rpm. but after awhile at a stop the car will just jump to 1400-1500 sometimes even a 2100rpm idle. what can be causing this?

Bad IACV? If you're idling at 900 after you're at operating temp adjust the throttle stop to bring it down.

Check your coolant temp sensor and clean your IACV.

does ur throttle cable pop out of the little grove in the throttle body.. that happened to me last summer.. it will cause like a 2000 rpm idle until it finds its way back into the groove

hmm well i have a hunch its going to be towards the throttle cable more cause i had to use a ka throttle bracket because i didnt have an sr one. anyone have an sr throttle bracket?
