DOHC Rebuild

i have a high mileage +200k engine, it still runs strong and everything but i want to go ka-t and figure might as well rebuild it, my question is for those who have done so,

is it worth it?
or should i get a lower mileage engine to start off w/

should i have any special concerns since it is high mileage?

any info would be greatly appreciated

High mileage engine + rebuild = fresh engine.

So long as the block is in good shape, mileage doesn't matter.
