OK guys jus went threw alot of hell with my injectors and starter. All fixed now. But while i was waiting on parts i installed my gauges. Before problems i had none

What the problem is that at a idole or slow driving my gauge reads 0 vacuum. But when i give it gas i get boost. Car runs kinda rough. Will rev past 3000k no problem. Any ideas? Also some white/blue smoke but figure since its had a injector stuck open its jus cleaning it all out. Or my turbo is shot. Will a shot turbo cause no vacuum?

Also forgot to add we did a compression test and we had 145-148 accross.

Are you getting white or blue smoke? White is coolant, blue is oil. Check all your vacuum lines. Check your turbo for any shaft play.

Pretty much solved it all this morn. Smoke was jus cleaning out the cyl from previous problems. Car also read that it had almost 1/4 tank fuel but was empty. All new vacuum lines, re ran the boost gauge installed water temp. Car seems fine i had the boost gauge in a not so great spot. Now solved thanks.

yeah - sounds like u had the boost gauge tapped pre throttle body - lol
