just picked some up, how do i install them do i have to get it pressed in. It is a realy tight fit, i was going to give it the old hamer and 2x4 trick, or run a nut and bolt through it and tighten the sh#t out of it. any advise from some one that has installed them before. THANKS

are these the solid type?
If so, freeze those bitches and see if they will shrink a little bit.
after that, a press would be the safest, since you'll be able to monitor the progress as you go. Once the hammer is hit, the damage is done, lol.

for the front two bushings i dremeled out the holes a bit on the pumpkin since they were caked with a ton of rust and debris and were no longer round. after i smoothed it out a bit the bushings went in pretty easy with a mallet
for the rear two use a threaded rod with nuts and washers (ala the SPL website instructions). unless you want to drop the entire subframe to press it.
i did not use the freezing trick on my own car, but it definitely helps.
