91' s13 coupe ka24de

I just finished my first motor swap and double checked everything or so i thought. I went to start the car and it fired right up idle'd fine and i figured all i needed left to do was to bleed my clutch and i would be good to go. I turned the car off and turned it back on so i could finish with the coolant. After this was done i turned off the car to go get cleaned up. I was done and was going out for a test drive to see how the motor feels and some new stiff stuff felt and the cars only response was the sound of a starter wizzing and nothing else??? This is where im stuck. I checked all my harnesses and as well as the starter and nothing seems to be wrong, is there something im missing? Like i said all i hear is the a wizzing sound from what sounds like it is coming from the starter and nothing else is happening no movement...

Any help would be grateful

that and i kinda dont like driving my 14... anymore, she's stock :p

Alright I will check them when i get hom from school from my classes today... just curious though to why it would start without a problem the first couple times but your probably right, something is not connected all the way... I have a spare battery ill give it a shot and recheck all the starter connectionis.

And right now all you here is a starter spinning, doesnt seem like motor is cranking

have someone turn the key while you hit the starter with a hamer. if it works, replace your starter. or try rocking the car while in gear, then try starting again. if that works, check your flywheel for a dead spot.

Might be your solenoid on your starter. I agree, change your starter...
