missing / spark plug question.

What heat rated and whats the gap on spark plugs for a upgraded sr20det?
I have a redtop w/ GT2871r, power FC, Z32 maf, and 740cc injectors. The reason I ask is because I sent the car to the shop to have my intercooler piping upgraded and to have a 3.75 greddy exhaust. The mechanic threw in some spark plugs since the bill was a bit much but know it has a slight miss when I put my foot in it. I'm thinking the spark plugs were too cheap or not gapped correctly. What do you guys think?

Its possible check the gap. The gap is usually around 28 and heat range is like about number 7 heat range

not trying to thread jack, but what would be a good heat number for an SR running, S14 turbine, 550cc inj, Q45 maf, fmic, full exhaust and Saurus tuned computer (about 300hp) for all that?

i tried running stock 6's, and the tips were HELLA white.

and i threw in 9's and i get hella loud backfires on decel, (running rich) havent checked the plugs yet, but im sure its running rich now

i have 7's, wondering if i should throw in the 7's or go buy NEW heat number 8 plugs.
