INTRO:
Ok guys I searched my heart out for the last hour and haven't seen anything close to what I wanted to know. My issue is stemming from wiring. I just got the sr in the engine bay and vacuum lines ran and redid my SR harness according to FRSPORTS wiring guide. So this is where I am now.
THE PROBLEM:
I have no power. I turn the key and the fuel pump doesn't hum, no dinging chime, nata. I have a SOHC ka car with a Blacktop s13 SR.
MY QUESTIONS:
Are the wire colors of the S13 chassis the same throughout the car? Like the engine harness wiring color matches the interior wiring colors.
Are there any parts of the whole car harness that are integral to the powering of the entire car electrical system?(I swapped doors and notices that the new manual doors don't have the relay system like my old power doors.) Would missing this relay system stop power some how? The door relays plug into a red/black wire just like there is in the engine harness. The engine red/black wiring is the ECU relay.
SUGGESTION:
OPEN TO ANYTHING. I don't have much time with working full time and school part-time. So I just need places to start. I have an idiot light and multi meter to check for continuity and such.

the two plugs that plug into the lower harness near the positive terminal of the battery (SMJ) you have them plugged in, right?
chassis ground secured?
main fuse good?
battery good?
i think these are the only things that would cut power to everything like you have mentioned

You might have a faulty harness, so a multimeter might come in real handy to find the exact problem.

battery(brand new and tested charge 12.9 volts)
Main fuse is good
I grounded the main engine ground off the intake back to the battery, as it was cut when I go the motorset. Also the ground off the back of the head to the firewall is in place. If there is another ground you are after let me know where about it is.
Which two plugs by the positiver terminal are you talking about? what is (SMJ)? I am horrible with forum jargon. I believe I have everything plugged in but you never know.
I know I am not much help but I will go take a look and assess what I think you are talking about until you get back to me. thanks

...I pray I don't...it will take me ages to figure out it is bad.

did you rewire the interior harness plug off of the ECU Harness? Or did you just plug it up?

yeah rewired as per FRSPORTS wiring guide.

ok well, non of my solder joints are bad. all the plugs are tight with continuity across them. there is power to the starter but that is where it stops. The two plugs by the battery(grey and brown in the passenger front corner) are okay no problems there.

smj is SuperMultiJunction, which is the brown and green plug that you found.
so you have your engine grounded.. but there should be a chassis ground in between the battery and the engine. it goes battery > chassis > intake mani
the chassis ground point is kind of on the frame rail below where the stock battery location is.
if your chassis is not grounded you will have no power to anything.

found the SMJ, all that is fine. I hooked up the battery chassis intake manifold grounds in that order. yet I still have NO POWER. grrrr.

I have a black plug coming out of the fusable link box on the passenger side. It has a thick white cord in the back of it. Does this need to go somewhere? On my other car the previous owner had been in a wreck and they wired it into a wire junction block that drew power straight off the battery. LMK what you think.

IT RUNSSSSSSS, BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! turns out the black plug with the thick white cord coming out of it has a buddy named green plug with two white cords coming out of it. and when their power combine(connected direct to battery) the relays in the fusable link box on the passenger side has power and the engine STARTS....WOOOOT! I am kinda happy if you didnt catch all that. O and to my luck, the everything runs fine. no f'ed maf, cas, injectors, it runs awesome. thanks for everyones help and ideas.
