I would not be posting this if i don't already search no one has the same problem as me. This is my problem installed Sr20/370cc injectors aftermartket FPR. Now when i turn my key to the on position the FPR reads 20-psi and then it drops to 0-psi. If i start my car all the way it idles at 20-psi for fuel pressure but when i try to drive it starts bucking and then shuts off, to keep it running i have to keep giving it gas. I am thinking that my stock fuel pump is not working and that i need to upgrade to a walbro 255 pump what do you guys think?
Setup
t/3-t/4 turbo
e60 maf
sr20- 370cc injectors
255 walboro fuel pump
aftermarket FPR
vacuum block
ssqv BOV
stock block ka24de

o.k. so my ka-t is till not running right what i have done is adjusted my fpr to 43.5 it starts with no problem and idles o.k. but if i give it gas it bogs out and shuts off. my egr is blocked off all of my vacuum lines are connected. I even went as far as putting back on all of my stock stuff (MAF, injectors, FPR,) the new walboro fuel pump is in and it kicks on so there is no fuel problem, but i pulled the number 2 and 4 plugs and they are black as ever so is it because the spark is bad i do not know i am thinking that i need to change to a colder plug don't know if that would help someone told me that i should change my coil out. (HELP)!!!

Could be faulty, dirty injectors that are stuck open.
Get them serviced.

Put in BKR7Es. gap them to .28 - .35 somewhere between there.
[smaller gap will ensure spark, but bigger gap will have better combustion]

What maf is an e60? what car is that from?
I hope you mean n60.

What type of engine management do you have?

Yeah, would check the plugs and the fuel pump. I have a Nismo FPR and Walbro 255 but even with the stock fuel pump it would be at 35-40 psi with the key turned and would go up slightly under load. 20 psi sounds way low. try adjusting the FPR maybe it something that simple. Well i have a SR20 so it might be different for the KA. Sounds like your running real rich. I would check the timing to and try to add some air to it. I had a similar problem with my SR, i had fuel, spark, and compression but no combustion. I took the heads off and did the timing and bam it ran like a top. If you have a SAFC or something try to lean it out a little, and check the timing.
