Hello guys,
As some of you may know, I just picked up a S13 with a redtop motor in it. I've had quite a bit of problems with it, so I just wanted to make sure that the noise I am hearing is in fact the HLA's needing to be bled.

I apologize about the crappy quality, my cell phone is my only recording device. If you need a better quality version please let me know.
The noise is most pronounced in the lower RPMs. I would probably say it's loudest point is around 1k RPM... slightly above 850 rpm idle. After 1k RPM the noise is basically gone. I've tried using a screwdriver as a noise amplification device, but it isn't working too well. The noise is most prominant when I put the screwdriver on the #3 exhaust tube (SSAC manifold).
