Injector Pulse on s13 sr into sr.

I swapped a redtop into my s14 and i have spark, fuel pressure, but when the ignition is keyed on i have 12v at the injectors, but when i try to start it it drops to 8v at is not enough to fire the injectors...i used noide lights, and they light, but just barely. can anyone help? or has anyone had the same problem. I also have a battery relocation kit, it drops 2v. from 10 to 8 from the battery to the starter positive connection.

You did solder all the wires, right?

Yeah all the wires were soldered, i have a feeling i have a bad ground, but i re did all the grounds last night, and im still having the same problem.

Even when i jumped the power wire on the ecu i am still having the same problem, can anyone help?
