Hey guys,

I just got another s13 with an s13 sr swap in it. Previous owner had upgraded the bearings on the motor so all he did was turn the motor upside down on his engine stand and take off the crank everything else was left intact. I was wondering by him doing this do the lifters get air in them? Should I go ahead and take everything apart and bleed them or should be fine. Reason I ask is because I've heard if the motor is upside down the lifters will get air in them but I want to make sure that is true before I go taking it all apart. I just don't want to start it up and hear a bunch of ticking I hate that stuff hahaha....

Thanks In Advance!

They could have air in them now. Doesn't hurt to bleed them. Prob only take like half an hour to do everything anyways...
