Hey all, Ok I was thristy so I went to ralphs to buy a monster In pasadena on foothill. I go In and get my drink pay for It, Walk outside and my car is gone! So I call up my cousin to see if he is messing with me and he wasn't.

This happened In 5 minutes!!!!!!! I go In the store at 2:40 am and When I came out at 2:45 My car is gone!!

It's a 91 Clean clean silver blue s13 hatch.

I have a kill switch that only I can work. Even when explained, people and mechanics cant do it.

And alarms arent really shit IMO. So I think im gonna invest in a lowjack system of sorts soon.

All those things can only do so much, most of the thefts that have been happen recently, happen to cars that do have all of the above. If they can't break in and steal the car, they can just easily tow it and no one would question it.

GPS or Lojack are probably the only available options for getting your car back after its been stolen.

Seeing that there's a pattern here, the car will probably turn up in LA stripped. :-/

Thx all.. I had the keys on me and all doors were locked and windows rolled up. There was no broken glass or anything so it was a clean job like they had a key or something.

No alarms on the car or custom ignitions. My other s13 shell has all the custom wiring done to it, I can make that car do a back flip if i wanted to:keke:

Most turbo timers will kill the engine if the key is removed but the engine is running if you press the brake pedal. So you cant drive off with the car.

Ironic isn't it! Still no word on It.. I have a hunch on who It Is though, I went to their "shop" the same night and was pounding on the door cause I seen lights on but nobody came out.

Someone had to have a key or something cause the job was too clean. No broken glass NOTHING. I had my keys with me and locked all doors and put all windows up.

I was parked at the Greyhound parking lot in L.A. all day. Near the middle of the lot. Some bastard opened their door very hard and slammed it into my car door. Took off some new paint. I went in asking about the lot cameras--they said they only are on the first row of cars near the building.

I think everyone should invest in a "Ghetto LoJack". Dont get the real LoJack because its almost worthless. Im sure you will find the car, Im pretty sure it will get stripped if it hasnt already. Also, get one of those "Club" looking things that lock your pedal. I use it just about any time I park my car. I use it on my clutch pedal.

Lets see:
1. Alarm with remote pager
2. Kill switch of some sort
3. Clutch Pedal Lock
4. Ghetto LoJack
5. A bat and some friends to help you get your shiet back.

Lojack useless? Please explain, I have early warning on mine, if my car moves more than 20 feet, no matter if its in a parking garage, my driveway whatever, it calls me, texts me, emails me, calls a friend and my parents. I know it works because I actually tested it out.

thats where they found mine too. east la. they found mine on hoover and 43rd street i think IIRC. check around that area


Once on the way to work (10E), i had to stop for some gas. When i took the on-ramp back to freeway, i saw a accord, completely stripped, right next to the freeway (there were some trees and bushes, but it didn't cover the car completely). E LA is fucked up area. Hope something turns up!

Get the Nrg quick release and the Lock Hub. Just lock the column without the steering wheel........
