I had a 97' S14 with a KA-T in it tuned with a SAFC running 9 lbs with a T3/T4 and 370cc injectors. Due to an event at the track the car was scrapped and I transferred the motor and turbo setup to a 91' coupe. Same tune and getting similar A/F numbers as in the old car. It is not making near the power it did in the S14. I did use the S13 intake manifold to put it in the car and neither car has/ had a Z32 MAF. Timing on both cars are/ were 20 deg BTDC. I have been driving the car to work 4 days a week with the turbo setup for almost 6 months (knock on wood) and no problems except lack of power it had before.

Any suggestions on the reason for it?

S13 intake manifold has swirl control valves which do hinder airflow. Might want to try swapping upper intake manifolds with a S14. It is a direct bolt on as long as you use a tb/sensors(which are on the lower intake manifold anyways) for your harness.

Would it make that significant of a difference?
