Im the new proud owner of an sr powered s14 and one of the things i noticed on the car is that the driver side crank case breather ( the one that has a tee on it) doesn't have a line on the side of the tee facing the radiator. I was wondering if i should just put a filter on there?
Here is the big thing that is stumping me, it isn't making "vacuume" the tee is blowing air out. Im guessing this isn't normal and i know that boost in the crankcase will kill a motor in no time.
TIA everyone.

Hook it up to a catch can. If you just put a breather there, itll get saturated in no time and spit oil all over your exhaust manifold...

i have a breather on the front of mine, havent had any problems with oil coming out.
i'm going to eventually run some AN lines from the VC to an aftermarket catch can though.

The air you feel coming out is not boost and is normal.

Thanks, A friend of mine said he thought it was normal also. Just wanted another opinion.

You could get boost pressure if your PCV is fucked up...
