Help rev and speed limiter

well I have searched and found nothing my cars speedometer does not work and my trannys censors are all messed up I was just wondering if there's a way to by pass this cause it doesn't let me go over 3500rpms and no I don't daily drive this car so I don't go high speeds I'm the streets so if any one can help me out thanks btw I have a single cam ka

I had a similar problem befor too, and when I change my maf (mass air flow) it rev up like a stallion. If that don't help then your vaccume line might be super mess up.. well good luck .
