degree adjuster for flip lights

i ahve the thing that adjust the flip lights for all flip like cars, S13, MR2, RX7, AE86, celica, etc.........
it never has been installed..... i am selling it for $100 obo
message me if u want it... it is a japanese imported product and the instructions are in japanese but i got them translated in english (most of the S13 translation)
