No, the BeeR rev limiter ISN'T a misfiring system which can cause harm to turbos. The BeeR rev limiter simply replaces the factory fuel cut rev limiter with one that cuts the ignition, some people argue that this could cause ring wash if you repeatedly bounce off the limiter but that is just speculation and I haven't personally seen a rev limiter cause ring wash. So in short its a cool little device if you have the money to spend, and no there aren't any adverse affects that I know of, actually if you plan to hit the rev limiter a lot then its a good idea to install something like this because a fuel cut under heavy throttle and boost is never good.

yes, there has been such a debate about the Bee-R. some people have had good feedback some bad, but like everything else its always going to be like that.

but i do agree that the ignition cut is way better than a fuel cut.

One of our demo cars runs it and he hits it all the time, even turns it down sometimes to get the sound and no problems with it. Its on an rb20det. I will be installing one sometime in the future on my redtop.

Yup, no BS there. I plan on running one as well.

(well, I have hit rev limiter once in my SR and I shit my fucking pants, so the thought of an ignition cut rev-limiter does appeal to me.)

a certain member on here that had it on his car said he went through exhaust gaskets (muffler not manifold) like no ones business haha.. but it could've just been really old gaskets... im sure he'll chime in soon

For the purpose of function, it is always better to have fuel under rev-cut circumstances, sometimes ive seen AFR's around fuel cuts hitting in the 19-21 range.

Mani to head

i think the only issue to really worry about is burning up exhaust gaskets...

I run it on my gtr r33 and havent had any issues except the people ducking or looking at me like wtf was that?
