I recently bought some KYB AGX from him. First he had a problem with one of the shocks being for a subura. So, he contacted KYB and got the shock switch for the correct one. But he had some problems with shipping and it took a few weeks to come. He refunded some of my money to compensate for the delay and through it all was very understanding and quick to respond to emails/pms.
