I just purchased some volk wheels from OCIS and I was very happy with the whole transaction. OCIS was very forward about the condition of the wheels, there were no surprises when I picked them up. I was actually surprised that they were in better condition than I thought they would be. He gave me a great price and took time out of his day to allow me to pick the wheels up. I would definitely recommened buying from this guy.
