I purchased a "megan" downpipe from this person. I know it wasn't megan to begin with but I bought it anyways. So after a week of waiting for a tracking number I contacted paypal to see if I could get some information on the transaction. I finally got a tracking number and it arrived today. This is what I received.

well any good muffler shop can weld that and youde be good to go.

Yeah I know, but that's not the point. This guy sent me 3 pictures of the downpipe and in all 3 pictures the flanges were intact. Yeah it's an easy fix, but the point is that it wasn't what I purchased, I didn't purchase a downpipe with a flange hacked off.

Beside, it's not that easy of a fix since now you have to pay for a shop to weld it too.

especially since their are no tig welders in muffler shops where i live.
