Chris is fantastic! bought my s15 parts from him way back in the day when they didnt even have their shop yet. also very good at communicating. cuts you a good deal too on stuff. SA has grown huge since i purchased from him.

Agreed. I've only gotten a few things from them over the years (some brake rotors, and other stuff), but I've never been disappointed by service or pricing. Chris, Warren and the rest of the staff there are great people.

I bought a few odds and ends there over time. I don't think you're going to find a friendlier bunch of folks out there.

While I like Chris, Warren, & the SA crew I don't think I will be going through them for parts anymore.

My last transaction was over four figures which while that might be chump change for some it's a tidy amount for me.

To sum up my last transaction:
- The springs I recieved were not the springs I ordered
- The order took several months to come in and they're sourced in the US
- I recieved "zero" updates on the order progress unless I emailed or called
- I found out at the SA shop when I opened the box that the camber plate's I ordered conflict with my current strut bars and when I asked to return them I was told they couldn't be returned because rather than going through the manafactuare directly they opted to go through another vendor who went to the manafactuare.

Overall it was a very frustrating experience because while I call some of these guy's friends it was really upsetting to have them say "that sucks, sorry". There was no attempt made to make it right by me which really wouldn't have taken much imho.

I endorse supporting your local speedshop and I imagine I'm a rare case as I know a lot of people who think highly of SA. Unfortunately I recieved the worst customer service ever from there and therefore can't in good faith recommend them to anyone unless you are prepared for the possibility of really poor customer service.

Yes, Chris at SpeedAlliance kicks a$$. I ordered S15 conversion parts from him a while back as well, was very helpful in eveyway. Just got my coilovers from Chris too, updated me frequently. Thanks man.
